Operating as one group ‘AML Finance Group’ our businesses focuses on two key areas AML Accountancy Solutions and AML Consultancy Solutions. Under AML Accountancy Solutions we offer detailed expertise across a wide array of accountancy disciplines including statutory accounts, tax ‘business and personal’, bookkeeping and payroll, cloud software, business growth and management. Under AML Consultancy solutions our team deliver custom consultancy solutions including custom spreadsheet packages designed to give you both financial and management oversight whilst improving employee relations, maximizing staff utilization, increasing control and reducing or eliminating potential errors.

Senior Management

Adam

Adam

Adam is the founder of AML Finance Group, including AML Accountancy Solutions and AML Consultancy Solutions. His role is to oversee the team and work with our clients on their strategic needs, helping them improve and streamline their reporting and business practices through implementation of technology and stacked processes and procedures.

Adam is well placed to assist our clients on a strategic level due to having the benefit of having worked in both practice and industry at a senior level. Before founding the AML Group, his role at Babcock International gave him exposure to multi-million-pound budgets, forecasting, financial modelling, international reporting and statutory reporting of several hundred-million-pound companies including the completion of their annual accounts.

Adam is a rarity, in that he is very academically bright, achieving an award at university for obtaining the highest grades on his accounting and finance degree, but he is also extremely down to earth and personable, which he uses to great effect. He has a great interest in tax planning and in the future would like to bolster his already considerable skills by undertaking the CTA qualification. When not working away with our clients, Adam enjoys going for walks across Dartmoor with his family and as a coffee connoisseur, he can usually be found with a coffee in hand, or working to restore his classic car for which he has a great passion.

Megan

Megan

Megan is the administrative lead across the group. Her role is to ensure everything in the company runs smoothly and clients receive the support they deserve. As part of this she takes the lead with client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition onto our internal systems including MTD platforms. She also offers day to day client support ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely manner and is always on the end of a phone.

Megan is currently completing an online bookkeeping and VAT course with a view of further utilising her skills to aid our clients. In the longer-term Megan plans to undertake business administration degree to fully realise her passion of business.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys going to the beach with family, kayaking, horse riding and long bike rides along scenic routes.

How we price

We are very clear when it's comes to cost. We don’t believe in charging you for every minute we spend across your work packages – you have a budget and want to know what we can deliver without breaking the bank. That’s why we give you a fixed price proposal whilst breaking out the cost of each element so you can be confident you get value for money. In addition to this we advise our clients setup a monthly standing order rather than having a one-off bill at the end, this way you can manage your cashflow more effectively.
